Administrative Services Fees

Since each project and client has different needs, our rates, payment, and delivery options are customized to your needs.

Special rates can be negotiated for volume work and frequent repeat customers. Also see our Billing Policy page, for more details.The prices shown below are to be used only as a guideline.

They are not binding and are subject to change.

 

Hourly Rate:
Hourly rate - $25 per hour
Flat Rate: Some projects are charged a flat rate.
Rush Fee:  + 20%
MONTHLY RETAINER: $399.00 & Up
  • Monthly retainer rate - 20 prepaid hours - $399.00
  • Monthly retainer rate - 40 prepaid hours - $700.00
The advantages of a retainer is that you are guaranteed the agreed monthly hours plus it provides you with business support flexibility during the month. Payment for retainer packages is required in advance by the first day of the month to which the hours apply. Hours do not rolled over.
  • Appointment setting & reminders, even on personal issues such as anniversaries & birthdays. 
  • Power point presentation.
  • Voice mail retrieval 
  • Event planning
  • Online research 
  • Receive any incoming calls and make outgoing calls when needed.  
  • Keep diaries for ongoing activities.  
  • Sending and receiving of emails. 
  • Sending invoices, estimates and receipts to customers
  • Receiving mails (if you live in our state)

Important Information

Additional Billable Items
Additional expenses may be incurred such as, long distance phone charges, shipping or postage expenses, special software purchased at your request, etc. Your invoice total will reflect those charges in addition to any hourly, retainer or "per project" fees. Expenses are charged at cost. 
 
 Rush, Weekend/Holiday Service
"Rush service" of 24 hours or less or weekend and/or holiday service will be subject to additional fee on final regular cost of work or project before surcharge,
 
 Estimate v. Actual Cost
All estimates are provided to the best of our ability following initial consultation and review of your project. Final invoice is based on actual project requirements. Final estimate and actual cost will be discussed with the client prior to completion of the work.
 
Method of Payment
  • PayPal
  • Check (personal, business or cashier)
  • Money Order
  • Western Union
*Payments made via PayPal and Western Union will require an additional service charge.
Errors or Omissions
Final proof reading is the responsibility of the client upon acceptance of the work delivered.
