Animation (Flash):

 Your website may contain animation in order to better catch your visitors' attention and to keep the site's content interesting. However, there are some considerations when choosing to build a site with flash content, such as cost, design and preparation time, and your target audience. Also, please understand that we cannot emphasize enough that it is extremely hard to quote prices without first gathering information from our clients.  Basic Flash Intro" $50.00 & Up. A basic flash intro consist of colored background, animated text and 1 image (that you submit)

Adding Pages

At times you might want to create additional pages for your site. If we build your site and haven't reached the maximum number of pages that is in your Package deal, then we will build you those pages for free.  If you’ve met the requirement pages and wishes to add more a fee of $80 per page is required.

Adding Pictures: If you go over your limit of required pictures, a fee of $5.00 is charged for each picture.

Adding Audio Files on your Site:

Adding audio such as personal music, sermons, are not included in website building, this is an additional fee of $10 & up per audio add on. Adding Midi as background sound is free of charge.

 Adding an Album audio to your site:

Adding sample of an album to a site is $50 per album. If album is given in mp3 format, then the cost is only $30 to add to a site. If only certain songs are to be added from the album , then the cost will be $20.

Adding Personal Forms

Your website will come with a basic contact us form (click here for sample), any other type of forms with or without graphics will be additional charges. Starting from $10 and up.

Adding Graphics to Forms:

We can add a graphic form on your site to accept questions, and feed back, for $10 and up.

Adding Personal Banners

We also have personal banners available, which we upload to your website, for a Fee of $30 and more.

Adding Graphics:

Custom graphics. Company logo or other top-of-page graphics, bullets, lines, colored or textured background ad well as two photos or graphics per page is included. Beyond the two photos or graphics per page, an extra charge will apply for scanning services, photography, and graphics design and modification.

Modification:

A maximum of two revisions to the draft Web site will be included at no extra cost to create the look and feel that is desired. Further revisions will be billed at the normal hourly rate of $25.00.

Minor modifications and corrections requested within a one-week period, including updating links and making minor change to a sentence or paragraph or allowed. It does not include removing nearly all the text from a page and replacing it with new text.

If the CLIENT or an agent other than Global Office Assistant, LLC attempts to update the Client's page during this time and damages occurred, and Global Office Assistant, LLC Web Services repairs it, the  time to repair the Web pages will be assessed at the hourly rate of $30, and is not included as part of the modification time.

Adding Background:

Backgrounds are free for all sites, except personalized background meaning that individuals can bring there own pictures in which we would turn it into a personalized background for there web page. Each converted background is $20 each.

Maintenance & Updating

(If maintenance is done by clients, you are responsible to save a back-up of your website)

Maintaining and updating is done by the client, not Global Office Assistant, LLC Web Services, however if the client choose Global Office Assistant, LLC Web Services to maintain and update there site for a fee, which does not include adding new pages, which would require an additional fee. Merchant Account

For setting up a regular merchant account the setup fee starts from $199 and up.

Paypal Accounts: although paypal is free, a set up of fee of $75 or higher is require to set up this account and your products.
